8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Adeyemi & Co. Legal Practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our legal services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

Either party may terminate a legal services engagement by giving reasonable written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees incurred up to the date of termination.

We are committed to providing high-quality legal services. If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 28 days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the Nigerian Bar Association.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
