Chukwuemeka Obi Adeyemi, SAN

Chukwuemeka Adeyemi is the founding partner and principal attorney of Adeyemi & Co. Legal Practitioners. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001, he brings over two decades of front-line litigation experience across commercial disputes, criminal defence, real estate law, and corporate advisory work. Mr Adeyemi holds a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) designation — one of the highest recognitions conferred by the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal High Court on landmark matters, and is widely regarded as one of Lagos Island's foremost commercial litigators. He holds an LLB with first-class honours from the University of Lagos and a BL from the Nigerian Law School.
